To God Be The Glory!

I am so proud of you and what you have allowed God to do in your life. You look absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to purchase your CD and encourage others to do the same. On a side note, your pastor's son just married a now former member of my church in Arlington. What a small world. My prayer is that God will continue to bless you, your ministry and your family.

Getting Older, Hating and Loving It!

I could not wait to turn 16 to drive, 18 to go to college, and 21 to be official. However, after turning a certain age, which I will not mention, it seems as though I was adopted in the hall of fame of the real world. The world where my body does not metabolize as fast as it did and where I am a mommy, senior position on my job, holding a major position at church, and the responsible one in the family. With all this great responsibility and high position, where did all the fun go? Shouldn’t the enjoyment of life increase with my increase in freedom and financial gain? What happen to the days of no worries? Now to take a sick day, I have to tell five different people why I can not make it. What happen to my relationships with my family and friends?
